Estimated Unit Duration: 3 Hours In-Person
Participants receive a refresher on the elements of completing initial assessments with families. Topics include: SDM Households and Caregivers, SDM Safety Assessments, Safety Plans, Safety Determinations, and Risk Assessments. It will also review policy and procedure for making Case Status Determination. Training also includes the documentation aspect of each of the above topics.
