Case Staffing for Supervisors

Navigating New Worker Training as a Supervisor

Estimated Unit Duration: .5 hour Self-Paced Online

Description: Participants are introduced to the CCFL On-line Classroom (OC) addressing specific Supervisor log-in requirements necessary to be able to review trainee’s progress during New Worker Training (NWT).  Topics include: levels of access for the OC, navigation, trainee progress reports, locating case management resources and messaging functions.
